We take care to advertise items for sale as accurately as possible. If we have mistakenly mis-priced or described an item we will endeavour to inform you before the item is dispatched. If you require any further information about a product including measurements, please contact us on email@example.com. If a product is ordered which is subsequently found to be out of stock, we will refund your payment in full.
Payment and Delivery
We accept Paypal and all major debit/credit cards as payment. goods must be paid in full before dispatch. Delivery is £3.95 second class recorded, £4.35 first class recorded and to Europe, delivery is £9.75 and rest of world £13.95 (this is for a tracked and insured delivery service) Currently UK postage is free on orders over £29.99. We endeavor to dispatch all orders as soon a possible - usually within two working days of purchase - if there is a delay in dispatching your order we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible. Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered it.
Returns and refunds
The Distance Selling Regulations state that your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesnâ€â„¢t end until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods. we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, if you do need to return any item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us in a saleable "as received" condition, will all tags intact. If the item is faulty then we will refund the cost of return postage up to the amount of First class recorded (UK) or International Signed For rates if abroad.
